SASSA Takes Services to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies on the community.

SASSA might be rendering services like new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, together with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency said it's alarmed concerning the significant quantity of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The intention of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your higher amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is often a result of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no totally functional office focused on service the area daily. The service stage developed for intervention activities a substantial influx of likely beneficiaries, that makes it tricky for that Workplace to attend to all people who take a look at a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more means to help the servicing of all customers and increase usage of Social Assistance status sassa products and services,” the agency said.
